Yes! Our free plan is 100% free. You can plan 2 events each month with up to 75 invitations. If you need more events a month, or more than 75 invitations, then you'll need to choose a paid plan.

We know that for many events, the person you send an invitation to will have additional people attending with them. Each plan's quota for invitations is based on the number of invitations, not the number of people attending. When a person RSVPs to your event, they will specify the total number of people attending in their party, up to the limit you set: up to 7 by default, lower for the whole event, or different for one guest (a plus-one for some, nobody extra for others). If you only want to hear from the people you invite, turn off asking how many are coming.

Absolutely! We'll send your invited guests courteous reminders to RSVP for your event by email and, on the Pro and Ultra plans, by text message. Of course, we also respect that some people may not want to hear from us, so guests can unsubscribe from the emails, or reply STOP to the texts, at any time.

Yes, on the Pro and Ultra plans. Switch on text messages for an event and guests with a US mobile number get the invitation and reminders by text, as well as or instead of email. Pro includes 300 texts a month and Ultra 1,250; once they are used, guests are emailed until the next month starts.

Yes! When recording someone's response, we will capture the number of people attending in their party and the meal choices for every guest. If your event has no menu, turn meal choices off and ReserveMyMeal works as a plain RSVP.

Yes! Click Duplicate on any event, even one that has already happened, and pick a new date. The copy has the same details, options and menu, ready to edit before you go live. You can also invite the same guests again and copy your tables, with nobody's answer or seat carried over.

Yes, on the Pro and Ultra plans. Share an event by email with a co-host: a viewer can see the event, its report and seating plan, and a host can change everything except deleting or sharing it. Pro includes one co-host per event and Ultra 5. Co-hosts sign in with Google or Apple and need no paid plan of their own.

Yes! You can create groups of guests so that you can easily invite the same group of people to an event that happens on a regular basis. Create the group once and then simply import the guests into a new event when you create it.

Yes, that's no problem! We provide a web address (URL) that you can print on your RSVPs. We also provide a QR code that you can print on your RSVPs. With the QR code, guests can simply scan with their phone and be brought directly to the RSVP page for your event!
